Pure Health Chiropractic believes in the value of chiropractic and alternative health care for you and your family, with the goal of achieving optimal wellness. Therefore, we have created a pricing structure that is flexible enough to allow you to get the care you need, no matter what your budget.

Insurance

Several insurance plans are accepted at our chiropractic office. We also accept Motor Vehicle Accidents that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, or other related pain conditions.

We do not direct bill but can help patients with any questions they have to set up online with their insurance companies and provide statements by e-mail or printing.

Some insurance plans require a doctor’s note to claim your massage / acupuncture treatments. In most cases, it is required that this note be mailed to your insurance provider in advance. This could take up to a few weeks. Please contact your insurance provider if you are unsure as to what your policy requires.
